A little care keeps your furniture looking and working its best for years.

### Fabric & upholstery
- Vacuum regularly with a soft brush. Blot spills straight away — don't rub.
- Use a mild upholstery cleaner and test on a hidden area first. Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight to avoid fading.

### Mesh
- Dust or vacuum with a soft brush. Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid harsh solvents.

### Timber & laminate surfaces
- Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid abrasive cleaners and standing water.
- Use coasters and desk mats to protect against heat, moisture, and scratches.

### Metal & frames
- Wipe with a damp cloth and dry. Periodically check and tighten any fixings.

### Moving parts (chairs & mechanisms)
- Keep castors and gas lifts free of dust and hair, and don't exceed the rated weight capacity.
