We deliver furniture Australia-wide. Because furniture ships by the truckload rather than as a parcel, your delivery is quoted per order at checkout — based on where it's going and how much space it takes, not a flat per-item fee.

### How it's calculated
- A base rate for your destination — metro areas are lower; regional and remote areas cost more.
- A volume component for the space your items take up on the truck.
- Items heading to the same address ship together, so you're not charged per piece.

### Delivery areas
We deliver to all capital-city metro areas and most regional centres. Remote locations can be arranged on request — contact us for a quote before ordering.

### Lead times
In-stock items are typically dispatched within a few business days. Larger or made-to-order pieces take longer, and you'll receive an estimated delivery window with your order confirmation.

### Large & bulky items
Delivery is to your ground-floor entrance or loading dock. Please tell us in advance about stairs, lifts, or access restrictions so we can plan your delivery.
