Our warranty.

We stand behind the furniture we sell. Our products carry the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

### What's covered
- Structural defects in frames and load-bearing components.
- Manufacturing faults in moving parts such as gas lifts, castors, and mechanisms.

### What's not covered
- Normal wear and tear, fading, or natural changes in materials over time.
- Damage from misuse, overloading beyond the rated capacity, accidents, or improper assembly.
- Use beyond a product's intended rating.

### Making a claim
Contact us with your order number, a description of the fault, and a few photos. We'll assess it and arrange a repair, replacement, or other remedy as appropriate.

### Your rights
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. For the specific warranty period that applies to your purchase, please contact us or check your product documentation.
